The 
Caster can bestow a blessing to give the 
Eyes of Death to another creature.
The dark exchange costs the target's half of its existing remaining lifespan, which is added to the caster's lifespan.
A dark gift has been bestowed upon the target.

Willing Target:
The spell or ability can only be used against a willing or friendly target (another summon or party member), otherwise it fails. Targets with their defenses lowered can be effected, if by default they are hostile.
